JIND\u0158ICH BREITCETL, DFC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jind\u0159ich Breitcetl byl navig\u00e1tor, pilot a velitel 311. \u010deskoslovensk\u00e9 bombardovac\u00ed perut\u011b RAF. Jako jedin\u00fd z velitel\u016f t\u00e9to perut\u011b padl v boji. V r\u00e1mci perut\u011b absolvoval Breitcetl 54 opera\u010dn\u00edch let\u016f v d\u00e9lce v\u00edce ne\u017e 269 opera\u010dn\u00edch hodin. Jako jeden z prvn\u00edch \u010deskoslovensk\u00fdch bombardovac\u00edch pilot\u016f obdr\u017eel britsk\u00fd Z\u00e1slu\u017en\u00fd leteck\u00fd k\u0159\u00ed\u017e (DFC). V n\u00e1vrhu na jeho ud\u011blen\u00ed se p\u00ed\u0161e: \u201eV noci 15. kv\u011btna 1941 byl tento d\u016fstojn\u00edk kapit\u00e1nem letounu Wellington, kter\u00fd byl vysl\u00e1n za\u00fato\u010dit na Hannover. Asi \u0161edes\u00e1t mil od c\u00edle prav\u00fd motor prakticky vysadil, d\u00e1vaj\u00edc jen velmi mal\u00fd v\u00fdkon a vykazuj\u00edc extr\u00e9mn\u011b vysokou teplotu oleje a n\u00edzk\u00fd tlak. A\u010dkoli letoun ztr\u00e1cel v\u00fd\u0161ku, Flight Lieutenant Breitcetl se rozhodl pokra\u010dovat k c\u00edli. C\u00edl byl \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b bombardov\u00e1n z v\u00fd\u0161ky 8000 stop. P\u0159i zp\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm letu bylo holandsk\u00e9ho pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed dosa\u017eeno v pouh\u00fdch 5000 stop\u00e1ch, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e prav\u00fd motor vypov\u011bd\u011bl slu\u017ebu \u00fapln\u011b. Do motoru byl napumpov\u00e1n \u010derstv\u00fd olej, co\u017e zp\u016fsobilo, \u017ee za\u010dal op\u011bt vykazovat v\u00fdkon, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed letounu dos\u00e1hnout bezpe\u010dn\u011b z\u00e1kladny. Po celou dobu tohoto letu jednal s velkou odhodlanost\u00ed a chladnokrevnost\u00ed za velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu sv\u00fdch 42 opera\u010dn\u00edch let\u016f konal v\u017edy sv\u00e9 povinnosti s velk\u00fdm z\u00e1palem a svou neochv\u011bjnou chladnokrevnost\u00ed byl povzbuzen\u00edm ostatn\u00edm os\u00e1dk\u00e1m jeho perut\u011b.\u201c Breitcetl p\u016fsobil tak\u00e9 jako leteck\u00fd instruktor, dne 1. \u00fanora 1943 byl jmenov\u00e1n velitelem 311. perut\u011b. 21. srpna t\u00e9ho\u017e roku pilotoval letoun Liberator p\u0159i protiponorkov\u00e9m pr\u016fzkumu nad Biskajsk\u00fdm z\u00e1livem. Z akce se jeho letoun nevr\u00e1til a pos\u00e1dka byla prohl\u00e1\u0161ena za nezv\u011bstnou, letoun byl pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b sest\u0159elen n\u011bmeck\u00fdmi st\u00edha\u010di.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Genmjr. i.m.
